What changed
The draft now sets out who may enter, verification, payment, game numbers, winner contact, cancellations, refunds, complaints and self-exclusion. It also explains how the proposed draw works and protects statutory rights.
Glasgow Islay Gaelic Choir Lottery is registered with the local council as a small society lottery. The first eligible draw and administration details remain to be confirmed. The updated draft takes effect when entries open on the published terms.
