Send the details of your concern to the lottery contact email, including your membership number and relevant draw date. Do not send bank details.
Email or write with your membership number and supporting details; acknowledgement is due within three working days and a final written response within eight weeks.

To request self-exclusion, include your name, address and membership number. Request exclusion by email or post for six months to five years; rejoining requires a fresh request after the exclusion ends and a 24-hour cooling-off period.
